Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are pleased with it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

Luxiaa Interiors

Moodboards & other Digital Services

We sell personalised digital products, that are tailored to each individual client and therefore no returns can be made.  Rather, revisions to the digital product can be made subject to the package which was purchased (as each package has a set number of revisions).   You have 14 days from date of purchase to use your revision. 

​

Renovation & Interior Design Services

If you have made a purchase of any of our renovation services then we can only rectify any faults made by us, of which you have only up until 7 days from the date the renovation works were completed and therefore we would no longer be obliged to carry out any works or rectifications.

​

Please note: If Luxiaa Interiors Ltd have carried out any labour or design works as a result of you purchasing and agreeing one of our 3D Render services (accompanied by a quotation invoice) then we deem that a binding contract that cannot be broken unless you have given us 48 hours notice before works commence and therefore no refunds can be made.  It is the sole responsibility of a client to read and understand the proposed works before Luxiaa Interiors Ltd commences work.

Should any works have proceeded not agreed or authorised by Luxiaa Interiors Ltd after the client has signed the quotation invoice (schedule of works) then we shall have the right to terminate all works with immediate effect and retain 50% of the invoice total and possibly any costs incurred.

Personal Shopping Services

If you have chosen to buy your product(s) through us from other companies other than our own (Luxiaa Home) then you will need to notify us within the statuary returns time frame of 14 working days (subject to company) to arrange for returns.  Please note that Luxiaa Interiors or any of its subsidiary companies, will not be held responsible for any decision making of your return items made by the companies in which they were purchased.

If however, you have purchased products yourself not using our Personal Shopping or Sourcing Service then you will need to arrange your own returns.

​

Please note: Luxiaa Interiors Ltd make purchases of your goods from our company business account and therefore we cannot provide you with any receipts due to our company information being held on it and for accounting purposes that receipt must be retained.

RFEUNDS

Moodboards & other digital services

We sell two types of products, 1) Renovation services and 2) Digital services. We do not provide refunds on any digital services purchased via our online store (for example, Moodboard packages and it's add-ons).  Rather we have revisions in place, which gives a client the opportunity to make any changes subject to, which package was purchased and how many revisions you are entitled to within that package.

Renovation & Interior Design services

If however you have made purchase of any of our renovation services then we can only rectify any faults made by us, of which you have only up until 14 days from the date the renovation works were completed and therefore would no longer be obliged to carry out any works or rectifications.

 

However a refund can be made, where you have purchased a renovation or interior design service.  A refund can only be granted if prior agreement has been made before any works have commenced.

 

Should any works have proceeded by a third party and not agreed or authorised by Luxiaa Interiors Ltd after the client has signed a schedule of works, then we shall have the right to terminate all works with immediate effect and retain 50% of the invoice total and possibly any costs incurred.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

 

Any moodboard packages or additional add-ons.

​

Please note:

 

Please be made aware that we cannot process any refunds related to any digital products purchased such as any of our mood board packages.
